One fine day a person who ignores all No Soliciting message comes and knocks the door at my home begging for a new contract of pest control. Apparently i would have kicked the person out of home - but being good mood i made a choice to talk to him. While i was looking for a change of Pest Control guys from Stride Pest Control due to some infections my kid got after their service. I opted for this stupid cheater company agreement.

Apparently i signed an agreement with them for a quarterly agreement who are supposed to service my house 4 times an year for 114$ approx. Below is the snippet of this.

So based on this i need to pay 4 * 114 = 456$ approx.

While these guys decided to rip the customers more during the Covid times and abuse the customers situation by not notifying them and started treating my home for every 2 months and started charging me money. On top of it - the person comes does the service and does not even leave the bill at my home and no prior intimations. You only will come to know once your credit card is swipped.

The previous service i had was on mid September and then they came on Nov - 2 and then plan to come again on Jan 2. Likewise i would end up paying 6 times in an year which cost 6 * 114 = 684$.

While i called the Customer Care person and she answer so irresponsibly that they cannot control online tool auto scheduling and cannot help much. What the H.

You are suppose to do re-service for any issues during these 3 month window and you are ignoring the fact and ripping people for money.

While i tried reach even the CEO of the company Vess who is also the co-founder for this freaking cheating company and offered him a job at my home to clean the toilets so i can pay him the money he needs instead of cheating us.
